Voodoo Computers Inc. or VoodooPC was a privately-held personal computer manufacturer based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada founded in 1991. In September of 2006 Hewlett Packard announced they would acquire Voodoo, and now maintain Voodoo as a brand within the company. Voodoo specializes in high performance computing, media center, home office or digital creation desktop computers as well as laptop computers. Voodoo makes several different models, some starting at almost $14,000 US.

Voodoo PC is most well known for its desktops and offers two desktop brands, the Omen and the Aria. The Omen is a gaming/luxury PC targeted at gamers and the enthusiast markets. It features a heavily modded Lian-Li based chassis design, a powerful liquid cooling system and high end offerings from AMD, Intel, ATI, and Nvidia. Competitors to VoodooPC include Dell's Alienware and XPS computers, Falcon Northwest, Velocity Micro, and other companies with products focused on high performance and enthusiast computing.

The company was founded in 1991 by Rahul Sood, and in 1999 Ravi Sood (brother to Rahul) joined the board of operations. Prior to the acquisition Voodoo employed roughly 40 people between their Canadian headquarters and their web development office in Bangalore. Since the acquisition the expansion continues, and HP employs over 150,000 people. On September 28 2006, Rahul Sood announced on his blog that HP would be acquiring VoodooPC for an undisclosed amount. Rahul Sood will be assuming the position of Chief Technology Officer for HP's Global Voodoo Business Unit while brother Ravi will be Director of Brand Experience for the Global Voodoo Business Unit.

In August 2007, HP announced that it will make the HP Blackbird 002 gaming pc with the label VoodooDNA inside the case. The HP Blackbird can have its hard drive replaced in just 12 seconds due to the tools free entrance design, and was released on September 15, 2007,with the release of the $2,750 HP Blackbird 002 with Voodoo DNA.
